Please fill out this form to update your information and RSVP.  We like to have current contact information for all students so we can send cards, invitations to special events, etc, even if they do not plan to attend weekly youth group meetings.  Youth Group kickoff is Weds Sept 16th 6-7pm.  Parents are encouraged to come for parent meeting.  One form per student, thanks!
